We engage with the Leadership team, the Head of HR, with Managers, GMs and, gradually whenever necessary with staff, in a major consultation that will determine their personal motivations, experiences in the organisation and views about where the organisation should be heading; what its purposes, priorities and strategy should be.

Following our online Surveys, our training may include:

  • Conversation (Training) sessions and one-to-one meetings
  • Workshops & Interactive Sessions
  • To work with HR on a clear narrative about the management’s future strategic intentions
  • To work with HR on the development of a new ‘Code of Ethics’
  • To work with HR on the development of a new ‘Code of Values’
  • To work with HR on a clear narrative about the management’s future strategic intentions
  • To liaise with relevant contacts in the company (GMs, Managers) to ensure that messaging is consistent and shared-values are effectively communicated and adopted from staff
